Welcome to Revitalize properties.  We are pleased to have you.

Here are some items to get you started:

For seamless service, prior to your lease start date, you will need to go to the City of Columbia utility office to get the Electricity bill for the unit transferred to your name, with an effective date of the first day of your lease.

For seamless service, prior to your lease start date, you will need to call Ameren Missouri to get the Gas bill for the unit transferred to your name, with an effective date of the first day of your lease.

If needed, Telephone, Internet, Television, or Security service should be setup in your name as well.  (Prior approval is needed before any security systems are installed, and security system passcodes and other information should be provided to us, the Landlord)

You do not have to set up accounts for Water, Sewer, Lawn/Landscape, Snow Removal, and Trash since these will be billed to you by Revitalize.
